Terms of Service

1) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

The Service is for entertainment. Games use virtual currency/virtual items only. Virtual currency has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and we do not offer real-money gambling, cash-out, or prizes of real-world value.

2) Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping login details secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected breaches, fraud, or security risks.

3) Virtual currency, purchases, and refunds

• Virtual currency/items are licensed to you, not sold, and may be modified or removed.
• Purchases (if offered) are optional and do not create any ownership or cash value.
• Refunds, if any, are handled according to applicable New Zealand law and the terms shown at checkout.

4) Acceptable use (prohibited conduct)

• No cheating, bots, exploits, account sharing/selling, or manipulating outcomes.
• No harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with security, or disrupting the Service.

5) Intellectual property and licence

We (and our licensors) own the Service, games, and content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

6) User-generated content

If you submit content (e.g., chat, profile text), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, and display it for operating and improving the Service. You must have rights to what you submit. We may remove content at our discretion.

7) Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including game features and virtual currency balances, for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.

8) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies).

9) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
